Get to know Steve
Leaving treatment is one of the most critical moments in recovery. Inside rehab, there is structure, accountability, and protection, what I call “the bubble.” Outside of it, real-world decisions come fast, housing offers, job opportunities, financial obligations, relationships, transportation, old contacts, new environments.
Most setbacks don’t happen because someone forgot what they learned in treatment. They happen because high-impact decisions are made too quickly under pressure. I created the Reentry Decision Readiness Workshop to prepare individuals for that transition.
This is not a credit class or a budgeting seminar. It is a decision-readiness framework built specifically for the reentry phase. Using a clear framework where participants learn how to categorize opportunities, risks, and commitments before acting on them.
The goal is simple: reduce impulsive decisions, prevent avoidable setbacks, and strengthen long-term stability.
When someone leaves treatment, they don’t just need motivation. They need a filter.
My mission is to make sure they walk out prepared to pause, assess, and choose wisely.
Our mission
To equip individuals leaving treatment with a practical decision-readiness framework that helps them slow down, evaluate risk, and make stable choices during reentry.
Through a clear framework, we help participants identify which opportunities support recovery, which require caution, and which pose a serious threat to long-term stability.
Our mission is to reduce preventable setbacks by strengthening judgment at the exact moment it matters most.
Our vision
We envision a recovery landscape where reentry is treated as a critical transition phase, not an afterthought.
A system where every individual leaving treatment has a structured method for evaluating housing, employment, financial commitments, relationships, and life decisions before acting.
Our vision is a culture of recovery where stability is built not just on sobriety, but on informed, disciplined decision-making.
